Social Activities
Please find information below regarding the evening social activities during the conference. Please note that these arrangements are only for those that have booked on the full conference package. You will receive more information along with tickets in your delegate packs which you must bring along with you for each social activity.
Sunday, 4th September - PhD Students only
Registration and Dinner will take place at the Village Bar on Sunday, 4th September from 19:00 - 21:00.
Note, this is only for PhD students that are attending the post graduate workshop on Monday.
Monday, 5th September - Welcome Reception
There will be a welcome drinks reception alongside registration from 18:00 - 19:00 in the Village Bar followed by dinner.
Tuesday, 6th September - Beer Tasting
There will be a beer presentation by Belvoir Brewery followed by beer tasting and a buffet dinner which will take place in the James France Exhibition area.
Wednesday, 7th September - Conference Gala Dinner
The conference gala dinner, preceded by a drinks reception, will take place at the Space Centre in Leicester from 19:00. Coach transfers have been arranged. Dress code is smart for this special occasion.
